Summary
I help organisations build workplaces where pregnancy and baby loss are handled with genuine compassion, not just good intentions.
With statutory pregnancy loss bereavement leave on the horizon through the Employment Rights Act, most organisations aren’t ready. They have policies on paper but no real framework for supporting employees, training managers, or creating cultures where people feel safe enough to say what they actually need.
That’s the gap I work in.
I founded Campion Coaching & Consultancy after 20 years in higher education, where I led a 250-member Parents and Carers staff network, co-designed policy, and delivered training across leadership, EDI, and organisational culture.
I work with HR teams, EDI leads, and senior leaders to:
· Implement a Pregnancy Loss Framework - a structured, organisation-wide approach that goes beyond policy into practice, culture, and manager capability
· Design and strengthen Employee Resource Groups and staff networks - from launch through to strategic alignment and chair development
· Coach individuals through career transitions, return to work, confidence, and boundaries - with a trauma-aware, somatic-informed approach
· Build psychologically safe, compassionate workplace cultures through consultancy, training, DISC profiling, and values-led leadership development
